Travel on Weekend and after hours: $75.00 (home, office, public venue)

Travel to Nursing Facilities: $65 (wait time extra fee) and $15.00 Per acknowledgment

Printing 

Single Page printing up to 1-10 pages: $10.00 thereafter $0.30 per page.

$125 includes travel – 1 Trustee 
$150/$175 (2 or more Trustees) plus travel fee - travel not included
